Today was a sunny and warm day, the sun shined and it was 20 C. I am having my early evening coffee. It is soon 6,00 pm and I need to take my meds and put eye drops. I went to the hospital today and a nurse changed a bandage in my knee. In the future I can treat my knee by myself. Are you having coffee? How is your day going?

My part of Finland is very peaceful and calm. Well, I am far from the major cities. I was in California twice (Aug 2000 and Feb 2001). I lived once one month in my auto in LA and then I drove back to Miami. In Beverly Hills and elsewhere in that area there are nice places. I must not talk to my phone when I ride my bicycle.

i just had some coffee after din dins… it was tasty =3
and my day is going pretty well. this afternoon mobile team guy came to take me out for a walk… really sunny so it was nice time.

It is nice that you have a mobile team. Do you exercise alone too or is it more with a mobile team? I ride my bicycle a lot, especially in summers it is good. Exercising is good for us sz people.

i don’t go out by myself… too much paranoia. I got out once a month with mobile team guy and usually when the weather is ok i go for a walk once a week with my dad.
