Down with a tummy bug

Started yesterday with a headache, now feel sick as a dog. Took some paracetamol and drinking lots of fluids.

Thing is my folks are coming back from holiday on Wednesday before going down to my sisters to help with the new baby. I don’t want to make them Ill if a baby is around so I won’t be able to see them before they go.
