I’m curious about how the tv/movie part of it is.
Is it similar to Netflix?
I have Amazon Prime,
It has a great selection,
Including some amazing original series.
Yes, I watch House MD on there
Yes there’s a lot of great shows on it. I watched some anime and original series.
I used to have it but my wife has it too so I let mine lapse.
I didn’t know they had tv. We just got free shipping when ordering stuff.
I too have Amazon Prime just for the free shipping. I order stuff from them all the time.
I have it. I don’t order enough stuff online to make it worth it, but keep it because of the movie selection. it’s got a decent selection of movies. last night I watched ‘jungle’ a true story about 4 guys who get lost in a bolivian jungle.
Amazon Prime and Prime Video are two different things. I’m an Amazon Prime member, not sure what that entitles me to as far as Prime Video goes.
Yes they are the same membership, I think.
I used to have it when I had Roku. Plus my EBT chopped off half the membership fee a month. Good movies though.
Are all the movies for free (with Amazon Prime)? Or do you have to rent/buy some?
You need to rent and or buy some. But at $2.99 to $5.99+ a rental sometimes it’s a good deal. You may have access to the video 24 to 48 hours once you start watching it.
Im with amazon prime purely for the free next day delivery, the prime video included is not bad either - there are some good boxsets to binge watch. I order from them at least once a week - so it works out cheaper.
Theres quite alot of movies you can watch for free - its the newer titles they charge for - usually about £5.99 to rent it for 24 hours.
I have it but I don’t like the user interface for picking movies/shows. Netflix is simpler.
But I don’t really watch much movies these days
