Hi, I often wake up after taking clozapine and am unable to breathe and feel heavily sedated. Does anyone know why?
I don’t know why but you obviously need to tell your dr about this

Oh Aripiprazole, I had a similar issue where I couldn’t breathe very well during work, and now I’ve switched, I don’t have the breathing issues now.

How much do you weigh? Could it be sleep Apnea?
It’s worth talking to your gp about this!

If you stop breathing in your sleep or as your falling asleep it’s sleep apnea. It can be life threatening and cause health problems. You need to see a doctor and tell them about it.
Hi, I don’t think it’s that… I think it may be that clozapine is too much for me because I wake up feeling very sedated, as if I could faint!
Could it be both, either way you should mention it to your gp.
