they get burned out a lot.
my buddy in med school was doing up to 100 hr weeks during residency.
he still works crazy hours in emergency.

A lot of medical people where I live are severely obese and joke about taking xanax to get f*cked up openly. Could just be my town tho it’s like a weird void vortex here.
