By 50mg this week then another 50mg next week. My eyes are a lot less blurry

Am on the depixol depot 120mg every 3 weeks and going to 500mg seroquel daily from 600mg. Ideally I would like to get to 150mg depixol and 400mg seroquel cos I get less side effects from the depot.
For a while I wanted to come off the seroquel completely but I don’t think that is wise. But reducing it to 400mg might work out.
In Sweden they stopped prescribing Depixol in 2011, so I know nothing about it.
