I used to practice walking meditation for a while. Felt like my brain worked differently while walking
I think doing an activity like driving a car or doing dishes can help you think more creatively.
Half of your brain is on autopilot, so to speak…and it allows room for the other half of your brain to take over without being clouded by the full inner workings of your brain…if you catch my drift.
I found out that I think better when I’m seated, relaxed and under no stress. I can’t think at all under stress. Which is usually the case for sz/sza’s.
I get lost in walking back and forth in my room. Sometimes I pace really fast and then I get lost in my mind. If I go out for a walk it does nothing for my mood. Best thing for me is to sit or lay down.
