i just had one, well it was a cream/jam scone and now i feel sick 
I have loved most cakes Ive had and truly enjoyed them.
Had a super sweet one the other week that was so gorgeous to eat.
Had it with cup of tea. I usually have coffee with me cake.

Im as from this week trying to think of my weight and how to lose the extra weight olanzapine made me gain.
I plan to stop treating my self to occasional cakes, chockolate, chips and even cut back on my daily cheese so it no longer is daily.
Cake is lovely.
In Scandinavia the usual one for birthdays is sponge cake cut in half with custrad, mashed banana and jam in middle and whipped cream and Raspberrys or strawberries or berries on top.
I used to have a cheese cake as my favourite but was a special recipe that was lost.
Carrot cake… chockolate… so many delicious cakes.
I usually think its nicer to make the cake from scratch but did try a “packet cake” recntly and added some cut up dates, figs and prunes and was really enjoyable.
Put this mix in cupcake machine and you can have muffins ready in approx 10 minutes.

I like ice cream. I make my own ice cream. This is unfortunately rather like Superman being addicted to kryptonite and owning three kryptonite makers. Doh.

Chocolate cake beats most things on this planet. But Angel food cake with a little creme anglaise and whipped cream is to die for. Perfect combination of flavors and textures. I used to make it for pastry contests when i was in school and took home a few metals if i may boast a little. Anglaise is terribly temperamental to make tho, hard to do without breaking the sauce. Best done by hand none of that electric mixer garbage.
