I am determined to cut out all junk food from my diet. So far I have eliminated all bad stuff. Was just wondering if like seasoning mix satchets are bad?

Nah - i wouldnt have thought so mate. Tho the ones i use like for noodles are rather high in sodium. i suppose if you looked at the back of the packet, you could make your own mind up. But i would still use them.

Is just an Asda own brand chilli con carne powder mix. I reckon it will be healthier than the big jar of sauce

@anon94176359 I woundn’t worry about the mix. Im fine - my flu like symptoms seem to have gone, so thats good. Went to the chemist and impulse purchased 600mg solution of CBD oil, on offer for 22 quid. Regret it actually - but maybe it will help with the anxeity.
Im just pratting about in the flat most days - nothing exciting to report.

Ok man. Thinking of asking my consultant on Monday if I can wean off the pregabalin. It has put weight on me. Plus round here folk assume you are trying it on if you request pregabalin. Don’t want to be lumped in that category

Totally understand - theres two people i know of that used to flog there Pregabs for crack - and snort it. Which doesnt help genuine people that actuallly need it.
Great your trying to wean off it tho. But dont put yourself in a pickle - if you need it on a bad day. I would be sneaky and keep some spares if/when you get em just in case.

I don’t plan of trying the wean off until after Xmas. I hear it has bad withdrawals so don’t want to ruin Xmas for folks.
I want to do it all through the doc. Here they account for every single pregabalin you have - too many folk try it on. Tbh though I don’t want to use it as a prn would rather just not have it in the house.
How is rdr2 getting on?

Didnt play RDR2 at all yesterday strangely enough. But im still getting used to aiming using an xbox controller, so im still a bit crap. I intend to have a good session on it today. 
I might play the online side for a bit first.

Yeah I was a pc gamer for years and sucked with the Xbox controller. But some pc versions of console games do play better with the controller

Is it real pretty graphics wise?
Most of my settings are on ultra - so yeah its very pretty. Im only 1080p tho, not 4k. But i hear that when you get into the towns - you get a bit of slow down - so ill find out. im only 2% into the game at the moment.

I only got mine, cos i blew my PIP back payment on a rig. If mine ever breaks down - i would be screwed - cos all my tv comes off it as well. I couldnt afford another one at the moment.

Yeah pc gaming ain’t cheap that’s for sure. I really hate the entitled little shits of gamers online who slag console gamers as they play on their 2 grand set up gifted to them from their folks

Yeah i know - i have to buy each part separetly - usually on a credit card, so im not rich by any means. Mines 5 years old now - but it does me.

@anon94176359 probably not a good idea to try to come off your anxiety med when you’re so anxious you’re afraid to leave your flat. Maybe wait until you’re a bit more stable. I take gabapentin which as I remember is what we call pregablin over here. I’ve put on some weight, but also been far more stable. I just live with the weight.

I totally get where you are coming from I really do. I will just have a gentle conversation with my pdoc to canvas opinions. It is by no means a deal breaker. Thanks for your input @Ninjastar

Yeah @Ninjastar is dead right @anon94176359. I have no experience with the drug. But yeah - dont put youself in a pickle with none - i had no idea your anxeity was so bad that you couldnt get out your flat mate
