I don’t find much intelligence in these symbols. one time when trying to figure out what the numbers meant, I thought a 6 is a quarantine from the north, and a 9 is a quarantine from the south. that’s all I could read into it though. probably nonsense, numbers need explaining to foreign cultures unaware of their meanings, you don’t get much from the symbols.
