Currently my hair is really bad so I guess I need to choose. Grow it which will take awhile or go short. No waiting required but constant haircuts.

Well it is entirely up to you. I think both styles look good on you. There are pros and cons to having hair short and long. Short means little maintenance in terms of washing, drying and styling your hair, but you’ll need lots of hair cuts to maintain it. Long hair means you won’t have to get your hair cut very often, but you’ll have to put more effort into maintaining it.

i like the bottom left but- not to long. ladies often like shortish hair easier to care for and the long look is too young.
