i been doing good. Had a crap day a couple weeks ago but i took some lorazepam and since then things been good again.

I’m applying for jobs, but it seems that my psychiatrist wants me to take smaller steps. She wants me to follow a trajectory at GTB for psychiatric patients. I see her tomorrow and will ask more information about this.

Tomorrow I also get me booster and next week I’ve appointments with advising doc and VDAB.

Besides that I’m still doing long walks and watching my food intake. All in all I’m doing okay.

i hope you will find a job that works for you. What do you have to do in that trajectory at GTB?

i got my depot jab on wednesday and pdoc appointment on thursday and also on thursday mobile team guy comes to take me out for a walk.

I don’t know what type of jobs they offer at GTB. I hope it’s not sticking stamps :smile:, but if it doesn’t interest me I won’t do it.

ah since i left the psych ward so like a couple years now. they used to come every week but i said to come once a month so that they could help more people that are on the waiting list. Thursday mobile team guy comes for the last time and then mobile team girl (who was in maternity leave) will come back visiting.

Seems like you’re well supported. I mostly rely on my meds and pdoc.

How did the holidays go?

the holidays were hard. i’m always glad when they are over and back to normal routine. How did they go for you?

i’m glad that they mobile team guy/girl comes to visit me. I also see my gp doc every 2 weeks to get my depot jab and/or blood works. I get quite a bit of support. And my pdoc i see like every 6 months while his agenda is so fully booked.

They went well. I spend Christmas Eve and New Years Day at my mothers place. I used to be watching my clock every 30 mins but this time time just flew by. NY Eve I drank a bottle of Champagne with my dad and in between the holidays My cousin and sister came to visit me and we ate the beyond pizza from Pizza Hut.

I hope next year the holidays go better for you. I used to hate them too.
