Hi, I’ve literally just seen my psychiatric nurse who comes to my house and administers my depot! I’m on 200 zuclopenthixol every 3 weeks!

Had a good nights sleep. The weather is good. I am doing my morning routine.
Got my clozapine today
It’s kinda irritating that I have to do very early as traffic is rubbish

Bathe and changed into my favorite blue jersey and jeans. Leaving promptly at 9am.
Back home safe and sound. The clinic had electrical problems but I still got my depot. I bought buss-up-shut roti and curry chicken for lunch.
