Depot this week

Tomorrow is my depot. We have beautiful weather today. It is Carnival in Trinidad yesterday and today. Who else is having depot this week?

I got my depot haldol yesterday I already notice a difference in how I feel less self hatred and less depressed I feel great I’ve been on haldol for almost 5 years I believe and the injection I’ve been on for a year

Its a beautiful morning. I woke up and drank water. I had a good bowel movement. Waiting for the sun to come out so I can go to the mini mart. I have to get bran flakes, water and shampoo.

Took a walk in the yard. Beautifully clear sky.

I bathe and change into my favorite blue jersey and blue jeans. I leave promptly and shortly at 9am.

In a maxi taxi heading south. Sunny weather and warm breeze blowing through the window. Ragga dub music playing on the stereo system.

Yay. Thanks. I am here whenever there is depot day. Which is now every 3 weeks instead of 4 weeks.

Finally used my voucher that I won to buy a new phone.

I used to get depot on my ass, I’m glad I don’t have to anymore, I was always a bit nervous of the needles. If it wasn’t for that, I would maybe prefer depot.
