Dehydrated and tired or sick?

Honestly probably the first. I have a headache and get bouts of dizziness. Sometimes I have to sit down or lean against something. No nausea or fever. My stomach was feeling weird earlier but it’s better now. Little to no appetite. I think I’m tired stressed and dehydrated. I woke up late so I was late to work. Ate what was in my car. Some cheeze its. Have had nothing to drink until now. I know I should eat something but I’m just not hungry.

Have something hot… tea, soup… hmm maybe ginger tea… and drink some water…

It could be your blood sugars.

Even non-diabetics can experience low blood sugars.

I keep granola bars in me for when I feel like what you described.
