I feel like as I’m writing this it’s bad but I feel like the dark web can see you through your camera in your phone and they are sitting their watching you do everything on your phone it’s really hard for me I can’t even get dressed with my phone next to me i get really scared

You’ll eventually realize that no one has the time to, or cares to, hack your phone and spy on you. Not even the government.
It’ll take time and treatment to get back to reality.
Simple solution: Turn it off.
