Dark Therapy Again

I read recently that people who are congenitally blind don’t get schizophrenia (as long as the are not congenitally deaf as well, perhaps). Please see paper referenced below.

I am not sure why but if blindness protects against schizophrenia, darkness, or complete darkness might help too, perhaps.

Searching here and on the web I see that Airparticle is already recommending "Dark therapy is amazing and that there are lots of Dark Therapy explanations on the web.

Darkness is also scary too (for me at least) so a good but easily removable blindfold might be a good way to try it.
