I got the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine yesterday. The nurse advised I may get a fever or chills. Luckily I had no symptoms at all! I’m fully vaccinated now. I hope more people are able to get this vaccine, its safe and effective.

It’s weird how all of my co-workers are acting like I’m suddenly immune to COVID.
“What are you doing this weekend? Going out now that you’re immunized?!?”
Uh, it takes two weeks to develop antibodies from the Pfizer shot. Even then, I won’t have the best protection until the second shot, which is some months away. Finally, there’s still a chance I can contract COVID or become a carrier of it and infect others. I plan to continue following the same public health guidance everyone else is being asked to until numbers go back down (we’re spiking hard right now).
Well, I’m just SHOCKED to learn that small children spread illness. Aren’t you?
