imo, Some cover songs are better than the original artists who made the song famous.
For example -
kimberley locke - Band Of Gold
Dwight Yoakam - Suspicious Minds

Original by Nine Inch Nails,
Johnny Cash covered it and it turned into a completely different song.

Most people don’t realize this was a cover…
Then there are the standard WTF covers…
Some actually do a good job of jumping genres…
And then there’s just… DAMN.
It’s a creepy video but it’s a song I like and it was originally done in 1965.
Noo, the Simon and Garfunkel version is way better. I think Disturbed ruined Land of Confusion as well.
I’m not a Rihanna fan, I like this cover more than the original. I’m probably in the minority though
