i dont like both drugs. olanzapine is known to have huge body weight gain side effect and even induce diabetes and made me gain a lot of weight and body fat in a very short time. airpiprazole is partial agonist at dopamine d2 receptors so its not potent antipsychotic compared to full dopamine d2 antagonist antipsychotics and in some researches it worsened psychosis.

Olanzapine caused excessive weight gain and dystonia.

Abilify worsened my psychosis

I by far prefere Qutiapine compared to those 2.

The world is Strange but Olanzapine works wonders for my mum who is 78 years old.
