AP - antipsychotic
AD - antidepressant
Pdoc- psychiatrist
Likes- clicking the heart under a post
PM- Private message
Mod- moderator
SzAdmin- site admin
SZ- schizophrenia or schizophrenic
SZA- schizoaffective
Depot- injection, typically an AP
dx’d - diagnosed
BP - bipolar
BPD - borderline personality disorder
DID - Dissociative identity disorder referred to in the past as"split personalities" or “multiple personalities”
Rx- Medication
PRN- take as needed
Positives - positive symptoms
Negatives- Negative symptoms
+/- - positive and negative symptoms
negs - negative symptoms
ASD - Autism Spectrum Disorder

1515/15 characters- to reach minimum post length

PRN is medication you take as needed.

+/- - positive and negative symptoms (I have seen this used infrequently)
negs - negative symptoms
alter/alters - usually used by people with DID to refer to alternate personalities

Aside from the abbreviations for the names of other mental illness, we don’t usually use those other terms. Not on a regular basis.
