Is ur doc nice too controlling or just plain old monotonous
Shes always telling me since I’ve been on abilify I’ve livened up. Shes pretty nice I think
Horrible bedside manner but only one who is able to give me vraylar.
He’s 80 years old. Every session they wheel him in on a cart, unload him and prop him up on a chair, and glue the corners of his mouth into a smile. They give him his creamed spinach and his creamed beets and then he’s rarin’n to go. There’s always 5 orderlies who stay in the room unobtrusively and take turns wiping off his mouth when he drools and changing his diaper.
I saw a my new medical Dr today, she was great, really great. I’m now waiting on referral over to psych. I’m hoping I get as lucky there as I did with medical.
I just see a medical Doctor now, she can refer me if my meds stop working, other than that she complete and shows true concern
My doctor is really great in his 70s and in good shape he really listens to his patents I asked him to gimme seroquel and he did after listening to my concern about sleep
Mine is fine. He does his job and you can tell he cares, but he talks so fast and is so limited on time because the clinic is so busy that it always feels super rushed and kind of pointless.
Mine takes his time but then charges for it
I started seeing a nurse practitioner for medical issues. He’s excellent, and I like him a lot. For psychiatric issues I have a pdoc and therapist. I don’t like my pdoc, but my therapist is okay.
My pdoc is so awesome! He listens and takes his time. Our appointments are usually an hour long. He really is concerned about finding the best meds for me. I’m very fortunate to see him.
I like my pdoc. He is really nice and takes a bit of time with me. He always talks about music and yoga with me because he knows I’m into those things.
My doc is Harvard grad. Nicest man I know. He doesn’t control me in any way. We discuss what the options are and what I want to do then work from there
Mine is good. Old enough to see the end of institutions and young enough to have an idea. He’s very cool and I always listen to his opinion…but he also always listens to mine. You find a good one you don’t let them go.
He’s really nice and comprehensive. I’m really lucky yo have him in my life.
Maybe you could offer to drive him to the nursing home after your appointment.
my doc is nice but he thinks he knows better than me, you got to ask yourself who is the real expert here, him with his training and qualifications or little ole me with my lived experience? i always purport that the university of life goes beyond his understanding, i am in charge not him, i take control but it is all ultimately controlled by something else, much greater than me or anyone who thinks they know best.
Hmmm. Does that mean what I think it means? KInd of a tricky answer.
i never have the same dr
My pdoc loves aripiprazole and says it’s a miracle drug. He changed my diagnosis from bipolar to paranoid schizophrenia. He’s Indian and I like to cook Indian food and so we talk about that sometimes.
