When i get insomnia, psychosis is usually right on its heels. I’ve never used CBT to help me get to sleep, so that’s something I’ve got to try out.

i am suffering from insomnia for 2 years now(sleep maintenance+early wake up) and didnt relapse i guess i am lucky.
