Clozapine: Once-Daily or Divided Dosing?

I’ve taken it twice daily before.

Now I just take it before going to bed.

I have a love / hate relationship with this med.

i take it 4 times a day. 25mg before breakfast, 25mg before lunch, 25mg before din dins and then 150mg before sleepies.

When I was on it I only took it once a day, at bedtime. If I had taken it twice a day I would have been comatose sleeping all the time! I think it was the best med I’ve ever been on for psychosis and only stopped it cuz of the cardiac issues…

I have 100mg AM and 350mg PM
