Cheerleadering

I havent done dishes forever and need to take the laundry out of the machine too.

Please would someone want to either give me a kick to the butt to start or cheerleader for me or otherwise motivate me to do it? House is a mess.

I’m doing laundry and cleaning my kitchen too!

Its a pain in the ass, but we’ll feel so much better once its over.

Take it one dish and one article of clothing at a time. Just give it 5 minutes and you’ll go on autopilot after that.

My pdoc told me to turn on a timer for 15 minutes and work until the timer is up. Then sit and have a coffee and watch a show or read or listen to music. Then do another 15 minutes. Repeat until you feel satisfied that enough has been done.

I hung the laundry on the…whats that called? Laundry thing. Now dishes!

Put some classic rock on to listen to, put a bowl of M&M’s within easy reach, take off all your clothes because it feels so darn good to be naked in your own house, crank up the heater, go take a shower and when you come back then knock out those dishes at your leisure!
