Here’s some stuff I eat that’s $2 or under a meal
-Huel shakes. 400 calories and 30g of protein per shake. You need to buy a 2 month supply to get it to $2 though
-Ramen with frozen vegetables/mushrooms and throw in some cheap protein like chicken/tofu/tuna
-Spinach and frozen fruit smoothies. Add chia seeds and peanut butter powder for extra protein.
