I have found the Polar Warriors and Kati Morton channels to be somewhat cluttered. In order to stay on a particular topic, I might grab a sheet of paper, or set the video playback slower, in order to really retain
I write down some of the key points. Or I will just listen to a kind voice (I’ve found different channels on youtube), which helps me feel connected or supported
Dr. Tracey Marks is my favorite. Though there may be other great sources
I use woebot, trying to get better at identifying my cognitive distortions. It’s funny, it’s like it’s brand new everytime, lol, I have the worst memory. But eventually I’ll get it, I think.
