Does anyone have good karaoke skills here? I can’t sing well myself. Is it something you can improve? I sang crazy train at karaoke once. Also sang tubthumping once.
I don’t know if I can sing good.
I do know I like singing to myself when I know that no one can hear
I reckon with my accent I’d sound like rubbish but my sister did some lessons years ago and in karaoke she can really bust a tune so yes…you can learn it!
I used to love to sing karaoke all the time. I sang mediocre.
After menopause hit though, I suddenly could NOT sing anymore. My voice cracked. I try to avoid singing now.
I can sing on key.
I’ve played this before for the forum…It’s a lullaby I wrote and recorded when my kids were born. This is the short version.
I sing alright, not too good, not too bad.
I sing best when I sing loud. That soft, breathy way lots of girls sing is NOT a good sound for me. I need volume
Im a pretty good singer. People always tell me they like my voice. I used to be in a band and also did kareoke. Singing involves muscles in the abs and throat. The more you sing the more you develop those muscles. You can get better at singing but not really a whole lot. Ive never heard anyone with a below average voice turn into a great singer. Its truly a gift.
I sing frank sinatra and dean martin songs decently. Also can sing I know Im not the only one by Sam Smith pretty well.
Nope, not at all.
I sang in groups in high school and college. But I shouldn’t have made it past the auditions because my voice is annoying
My music teacher in school excempt me from the choirs cause as he said, i sound like a dog having a toothache.
I sing allright. I went through a period of self learning. I also like to sing real fast songs to make my brain have a faster response. I recomment it. Real fast as in lots of lyrics in small periods of time.
You mean something like rapping. Singing my mind fast and furious, without fear.
Yes, hip hop is what I practice on. Note that I use deezer so I can see the lyrics even so it is a challenge worth doing
I love your lullaby Pat. I play some on my mandolin.
Yes @Patrick . You sing very well.
I can’t carry a tune. I can read music but I suck at singing. I’ve been singing since I was seven too. I only realized it at about thirty years of age.
I believe it is all practice. Our brain is a power house.
No, no, no.
Not good at all.
Ringo Starr never became a great singer.
