I think this thoughts are deep inside like a foundation.
Everytime this feeling comes out.

If I tell my doctor he will increase my meds
I believe it’s something where it has a mind on its own. Like controlling the organs and the brain which is also an organ !
Look into CBT so you can learn to ignore the thoughts.
