It’s been almost 11 weeks since my last haloperidol shot. I am at the stage of withdrawals. In the past weeks I had experienced akathisia, panic attacks, some positive sz symptoms and now I experience brain fog/ dizzy spells. I am currently on Invega+lexapro combo. Not sure what is causing these symptoms

are you on any meds for your health that might make you dizzy? my lisinopril does that to me.
Im only on lexapro and Invegs, both can cause dizziness, I am not so sure which one is the culprit, maybe the haloperidol withdrawals also contribute to that
Hopefully it’s just the new meds settling in.
Not sure about yours, but I have read many times on med descriptions that some side effects go away soon after you start
Settling in for 3 months? Thats a bit too long for that…
Well change meds or ask a doctor
