Can A.I. Treat Mental Illness?

I predict that AI and robots will take over many people oriented jobs.
It’s coming

It’s already here. I have a friend (former boss from the I.T. days, actually) who was writing for a living. He produced ad copy for a firm specializing in SEO. It turns out that ChatGPT produces good enough ad copy that they no longer need him or the two other employees who did the same. He’s back on unemployment.

It could assist in diagnosing and preventing rare medical conditions as well. If ChatGPT and software have all of the medical codes and symptoms, AI could create a more interactive tool to assist doctors in determining a diagnosis… my father could sell his company and retire early.

But I’m not sure he wants to. They have to teach people how to use the software and he loves his job and loves to work. His software already kind of works like chatGPT its similar but the doctor is the one typing things in as he felt that it would increase time doctors spend with patients.

As far as mental health, if you could create a software program that has the therapy agents in the actual software that would be cool similar to Alexa but with ChatGPT. My apps ignore me when Im upset, or they malfunction.

Someone created a psychologist A.I. in character A.I. not my cup of tea but it’s very popular on that site.
