Yeah that is amazing. I love biology. Nature is far from inefficient! There’s species that reproduce asexually as well as sexually. I think your lower order molluscs like snails can do it in the right circumstance…Amazing it’s higher in the chain with birds. Can be very intelligent but this is amazing for biological science if it’s true!
