Busty ladies

I need bra advice because my back is killing me.

I keep trying bras and they all seem to just push the pain and soreness to a new spot.

What I really need is a breast reduction, but in the meantime, does anyone have any bra recommendations?

If you can afford it, bravissimo is the ultimate for high quality pretty bras. If all you care about is comfort, I can link my favorite sports bra.

Yes, that would be awesome if you could link the sports bra.

Thank you!

I frequently struggle with shoulder pain and when I do, these take the pressure off.

I found that being properly fitted helps. I’m a G cup. I could wear a DDD, but the back size ( the number part) would have to be larger which leads to an improper fit and back pain.

I found that sizing myself was more accurate than going to a store, because the shop attendants are trained to always say a size they carry, and nobody carries 34H

I have a specialty bra store in a nearby town that carries up to K cups. I used to be a k before my weight loss. I go there to be fitted. But measuring yourself works great too

Anita has a lot of ugly but comfortable bras. I’ve been between an H-M cup all my adult life. Cannot wait to lose more weight so I can get a breast reduction. I want to be a stable healthy weight before getting it so I’m confident in the size I reduce to. I want to be a B cup so ■■■■■■■ bad.
