99% of the time. do no exercise at all. Have always been put off by exercise regimes that don’t cater for people like me i.e requires too fast and too well coordinated movements for me to do. Hard to strike a balance between being too sedentary and the pain that kicks in after being upright for more than 10 minutes or so. Need exercises that fit the following requirements - no complicated physical movements, no need for speed, those criteria but ‘vigorous’ enough. Suitable for a 68 year old with reduced mobility. Can be done indoors in a small flat.
