I don’t know what to think about this study. It is suggesting that elevated levels of Magnesium increase depression. I have been taking magnesium for many years now for anxiety. Could a micronutrient that helps anxiety create depression? :thinking:

I’ve always read magnesium was low with schizophrenia.
