Better to be on a prn or take 3 antipsychotics full time?

I need my prn a few times a week. I know I’m stupid. I have it rough though. I really do struggle. As we all do.

I used to take 3 antipsychotics, so taking only 2 full time and a prn is better?? Surely?? I’ll ask my psych dr too.

Maybe I can get down to 1 antipsychotic and my prn. ???

I did ok on Olanzapine and Ativan. Never needed my prn but I was on 20mg of Olanzapine and 1mg of Ativan daily. After six months my psychiatrist took me off Ativan.

Minty fresh it’s loads less dangerous to take 3 antipsychotics at the same time when you are young than old. I took 3 antipsychotics for 13 years.
But I’ll still advice you against that because shrinks can only realize the side effect of two antipsychotics at the same time.
