Thanks for posting this, mjseu. I can see cycling has helped you a lot with your personal recovery. It’s good advice. Cycling is great for cardio-vascular work out and for improving general mental wellbeing. Plus it gets you outdoors and into the fresh air.
Just started cycling after a long lay off. Using a heavy mountain bike but doing 1/2 hour sessions. I have a decent enough if old road bike and keen to get it fixed up…need some tubes and a pump! I walk tons but cycling is good too…it’s cross training and a little different for me and I’m enjoying it!
