Barely any thoughts

But have you tried anything like sarcosine or NAC yet?

Thanks. What types of stimulants are you talking about?

Like rittalin, adderal, vyvanse. They arenā€™t typically prescribed for schizophrenia because of the risk of psychosis associated with them.

Nope what med are you on?

Yup Iā€™m not going down that route. Hmm do you find talking to people helps with the blankness?

On abilify. But not completely sure I need to be on it. Iā€™m sort of self diagnosed right now, itā€™s a long story.

Do you have hobbies?

Oh, I didnā€™t see this message. Idk, it sometimes helps, but half the time my brain feels like its in 10 layers of sludge. Like I canā€™t think at all. I know, itā€™s pathetic. It could also be b12 deficiency or something.

On top of schizophrenia. I know I have it for sure, have had prodomal symptoms slowly build up for the past 5 years.

Same I can totally relate. We do have thoughts but like all my thoughts are about having no thoughts lol

Exactly. Itā€™s nothing but pain and suffering. But idk, when I was on Nardil, I was able to have some thoughts, thatā€™s the only reason I slightly have hope. (Actually I donā€™t really have hope, but just trying to hold on for family at this point)

Sorry, that took a dark turn. But I meant to say itā€™s like a prison.

Nice to meet you! Have you found something that helps with the blankness of the mind?

Yes. I often space out too. Plus I have memory problems

Actually just took some magnesium and ashwagandha, so my brain feels a bit greased up right now. But magnesium normally doesnā€™t help me as itā€™s a nmda antagonist.

I just need to figure out what is the cause of headaches. My head hurts 24/7, and I canā€™t help but think that itā€™s related.

Yeah the blankness kind of causes memory problems too for me.

Well what helped me a lot is reducing my dose of medication. Under the approval and supervision of a pdoc (psychiatric doctor) . This might not work for you though as we are all different and is risky.
