I never cared for the blues but I loved rock and roll. I started learning the blues because rock and roll artists from the sixties were influenced by them.
I like it a good bit better and I enjoy listening to it and watching blues guitarists on video but I’m not inspired. I’m a classical guitar person.
I don’t know what to do? I’m not giving up the old stuff for the new but should I just stay away from the blues? It takes dedication, ya know?!
I suppose music is about getting a vibe that resonates with you. I wouldn’t listen to something that doesen’t give me anything. Except some times I turn on the radio, and you can’t expect to feel strong about everything they play there.
It’s funny I never listened to the blue’s on the radio but I saw B.B king in concert and it was amazing. He sure can play the guitar.
