Conclusion: This study supported the liability to stiffness in patients with schizophrenia and BD. Using SGAs may contribute to arterial stiffness in these patients

Both my parents died of brain diseases very similar to Alzheimer’s. Recently I have been having trouble remembering things myself. It could be due to the hardening of the arteries to my brain. Still, if I was faced with the choice of taking an SGA or a typical ap, I would choose the SGA. Life on a typical ap is not really life to me. I’d rather have a few good years than many bad.
