I just went to the store and I really noticed the lack of masks in my area. It was just me and the guy behind the counter wearing them.
Are you still wearing your mask in public places?

if i happen to be travelling in a blue state i come prepared with mask, back here in indiana i don’t wear one unless i go to the clinic for meds, the only place they are required still. i wore my mask alot when i was colorado a couple weeks ago, but even there many people arent wearing them.
BC just reupped the mask mandate, so I don’t really have a choice
I’m generally infuriated by the lack of masks where I live. But it’s Florida. What do you expect. People are idiots.
As far as I know masks are still mandatory where I live (Ontario, Canada). Everyone wears them everywhere. Our government is taking a conservative approach to this virus to prevent it’s spread. When I say conservative I don’t mean in it the political sense, I mean they are being careful to prevent another major wave. The provincial government is a conservative government politically though.
I usually will wear a mask when I go to public places but the other night we went to a crowded restaurant and I obviously had to take off my mask to eat but I wore it when I walked to the restroom.
No one there was wearing a mask except for this one busboy.
Most of the people around here aren’t wearing masks except for a few mostly elderly folks.
Of course I do. Most stores it’s mandatory still. I forgot mine the other day at the grocery store, and didn’t realize why people were giving me strange looks. Then when I got to the counter I realized I forgot my mask. The girl at the checkout was pretty cool with it though
Yeah I think it’s a lot stricter for Canada.
That’s a good thing.
I forget to grab one too sometimes but fortunately, my dad always keeps a spare in the van that I can use if I do forget to grab one.
The mask is still required here.
I’ll keep 2 masks in my back pocket wherever I go but I don’t wear a mask when I’m outside walking on my street and I didn’t wear one at the beach when we went in September.
Only when I’m around people mainly indoors.
Mask recommendation gone here
I wear my mask everywhere I go
My psychiatric clinic isn’t enforcing masks, and neither is my current apartment building. The senior citizen building I am moving to, the buses, and Lyft are enforcing masks. There’s not much point to me wearing one when no one else is. I would rather everybody wear masks again.
Florida is cool…
A lot of people here walk around without one too, but a lot of stores and public transportations require one, so I wear anyway.
I don’t mind wearing one
I don’t wear a mask anywhere now
A normal cloth mask is 10% effective, a surgical mask is 50% - but few people have the latter
My view is I have done my bit and got vaccinated.
If you live in my country and have not had it, there has been plenty opportunity to get it by now
Should I get Covid I am likely to just have mild symptoms. No worse than getting flu or something
The unvaccinated will pay the consequences if they have refused the vaccine, and that’s not my responsibility
Yes but my stepdad kinda makes fun of me for it. My youngest brother also does. He delivered pizzas during the pandemic so he’s used to it.
I don’t have the equipment or time to thoroughly clean my masks and I’m not going to pay for disposable ones. I wear a dirty mask because its just theater at this point and if I get sick thats what he vacc is for.
I wear the mask. Even a small amount of protection is something. COVID hasn’t gone away and isn’t going away and the probability of further mutation is high and if the simple things they recommend can offer a modicum of protection, I do it, it’s not like it’s difficult or anything. But that’s just me.
