Exaggeration more than misinformation I would say.
It’s a way to measure your mental state, or wellness. It is not a cure for sickness in and of itself. Being mindful can help you realize that you are getting off the beaten path and get some help from a professional or to use some therapy tools you have been taught or to take a PRN as needed.
