I’m almost 40 and I have great teeth and gums. I only brush twice a week with mouthwash not toothpaste. Been doing this for 4 years with no deterioration, cavities or pain. I’ve never had a tooth pulled
I bet your diets good though
My brother didn’t see a dentist for almost 10 years.
When he finally went, the dentist said he had the best teeth he’d ever seen.
I don’t eat any sugar
My teeth are alright, I brush once a day.
My teeth are healthy. I brush them three times a day.
I think I have my mothers and grandmothers teeth and nervous system. My grandma had all her teeth until she was 94 and my mom had all hers with almost no problems. I haven’t had a cavity in about 5 years now. My dad on the other hand had all of his extracted in his forties. My dad was really sick when he was a baby so he thinks that had a lot to do with his problems. My wife has a lot of problems with her teeth but she also has a lot of stomach problems.
I brush once or twice a day and floss more often now. I think it helps too that I drink non sugary fluids (mostly water) to avoid dry mouth.
I brush once a day with toothpaste but it makes me nauseated. So if i brush again it’s with just water but I usually just floss and swish with water. I love flosser’s they are so easy to use and I think that’s why my teeth are so healthy. Either that or good genes. Mom had all her teeth when she passed at 74. Actually the more I think about it I think it is good genes because everyone in my family has good teeth except my brother. It’s funny though because he had two sets of baby teeth and he’s the one with problems with his adult teeth.
