I am thinking up increasing my escitalopram to 15 or 20 mg. Anyone done it and felt better?

Yes. I was on 10 mg of Celexa before but still struggled with suicidal ideation. Once I went up to 20mg for a few weeks I was much improved

I felt better on escitalopram 20mg, 10 and 15mg did not work for ocd.

No. No worse or new side effects. It was all good results

I want to know if sexual side effects are worse on higher dose or they are the same?

I’m a woman. For me, I’m more interested in sex because I’m not so depressed anymore

20mg helped your ocd? I might try it out

I’m on 20 mg of escitalopram. Ask your pdoc. It’s worth a try.

I was on 10mg I think and he raised it to 20mg. Yeah it helps more on the higher dose. Keep in touch with your pdoc. I still feel drowsiness. Are you afraid of taking it.

I felt no difference between 10 and 20 for anxiety.

It was very sedating on 20mg though

I’ve had an increase in depression dose before and it was effective in improving my symptoms.

I’ve gotten off of them lately and feel fine.

I felt so much better. I’m at 150mg effexor and it made a difference in my PD. I wish I have asked my doctor sooner.
