Anyone heard of the Scottish sweet called tablet?

To be honest unless you are from Scotland I wouldn’t think you would have heard of it. Even the English don’t really know it.

I wouldn’t be surprised if some Canadians know how to make tablet @FatMama. I gather there are lots of folk whose families came from scotland
