I got a bottle of liquor from Dominican - it is a mix of wine, rum and honey + some weird seeds and roots and maybe even tree parts.
It does not even taste good but it is good to drink very slowly; in one hour - 0,25 cup. which is what I like.
I would probably like that actually. I’ll look next time I shop.
Sounds like a good source of fiber.

Yeah I think the Italians do something similar, a fortified wine with herbs as a digestif.
ETA: It’s called Amaro.
