Any one have a good recipe for hearty beefy spaghetti?

Does anyone have a good recipe of beefy hearty spaghetti? I was thinking about making some one of these days.

Here’s one. Hopefully others will chip in .

I use lean ground beef and pork with ragu sauce with dehydrated onion flakes, garlic puree and salt and pepper. I sprinkle parmesan cheese on the top of each plate.
I make garlic toast to go with it.

I have a tasty homemade recipe that has several optional ingredients.

1 can of chopped tomatoes
1-2 cloves of garlic
½ cube of beef broth
250g ground beef
2-3 teaspoons tomato paste
1 diced onion
½ can of diced pineapple (optional)
1 handful cocktail sausages (optional)
1 cup chopped chicken sausages (optional)
Salt
pepper
Aromat/MSG (optional)
Thymes
Oregano
Basil (optional)

Fry the onion in some oil until it goes transparent/blank. Add meat and fry at medium heat until it gets brown.
Add the tomatoes and the other ingredients, and leave it at medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, make sure to stir.
For extra freshness, use fresh oregano leaves instead of that dried stuff.

For extra flavour I put shredded cheese on the spaghetti before I pour the sauce over it.

Be careful adding too much salt as the tomato paste and Aromat and broth all contain salt

That sounds good . Much better than I’d do. Nowadays I just fry the mince and add a jar of sauce .

Also, I sometimes use chicken broth instead of beef broth, as it gives a more varied flavour.
And I don’t use olive oil, I use sunflower oil as it’s more neutral.

You can also add beans if you like those

That’s adventurous . You’re an imaginative cook.

Thank you
I like experimenting with foods to get flavours I like, and strangely enough my synaesthesia helps me connect ingredients that go well together. Kind of like that rat from Ratatouille

That’s a good skill to have, connecting things that go together.

I might try the Lawrys spagetti seasoning package, my mom used it and her spagetti was the best.
