I am so annoyed and ticked off at the shadow people. I didn’t have my two sleep pills for a few days so I couldn’t sleep no matter what I did I couldn’t sleep and then the shadow people started moving around and whispering. they ticked me off more than scared me.

do you think that is w/d from not taking the sleep pills or is that normally part of your symptoms, i hope the shadow people go away

What Do they feel like? Are they in your peripheral vision?

I see shadow people or at least I use to see them all the time, but I think stress is bringing them out. I can stare right at them and they just move off to the side as if its a game. its mainly the whispering that is bothering me luckily I got my sleep pills so I should be okay tonight

Falling from the sky they came without a sound
Now the shadows rule my life and I can’t fall asleep anymore

I see them too, they never go away, I get angry when they come too close because they scare me and suck the energy out of me. Sometimes I scream at them but it doesn’t help. I’m sorry you have to deal with them too
