Animated gifs where and how?

I notice a few people here use animated gifs. How do you find them and post them? Are there sites with them available?

Giphy is a good source, sorted by keyword - you can google “giphy angry” for example and it will take you to the page of gifs tagged as “angry”. tumblr is another good source, but it’s more hit and miss.
