Ok, so everyone in my neighborhood is lighting up fireworks and the sounds are so freaking loud and scary. Every time I try to sleep I jerk awake from the sounds.

And the rockets red glare, the bombs bursting in air, came through of the night, and our flag was still there.
Yeah, a lot of them are going off near me, too.
